All financial transactions on the peri11 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). peri11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods only:
Strictly prohibited payment methods: peri11 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) for deposits or withdrawals. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peri11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
peri11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. peri11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall peri11's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peri11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with peri11 informally by contacting our customer support team. peri11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
peri11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, peri11 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page.
